FreeUp AI provides AI consulting services including AI Readiness Audits, workflow analysis, Build vs. Buy assessments, and custom automation development. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement will be agreed upon in a separate statement of work or engagement agreement.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, misuse the chat assistant, or submit false information through our contact forms.
Chat Assistant
Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant that provides general information about our services. Responses from the chat assistant are informational only and do not constitute professional advice, a binding commitment, or an offer of services. For specific guidance, please book a discovery call.

Client Engagements
Any consulting engagement with FreeUp AI will be governed by a separate engagement agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and confidentiality terms. These Terms of Service apply to use of the Site and do not supersede any engagement agreement.
Limitation of Liability
FreeUp AI provides this Site and its content on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeUp AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
